Terms and Conditions

  • Our published rates are valid until 31st March 2021 and are gross rates unless otherwise stated. We do not currently charge VAT on bookings. Child rates and eligibility are stated on individual experiences.


  • Minimum and maximum numbers are listed for each experience – please note that we can offer most experiences with less than the minimum number but the cost would be equivalent to the cost of the stated minimum number of participants.


  • Experiences are not available over the Christmas and New Year period.


  • Booking and payment details: Booking will be confirmed by email and a 50% deposit taken at the time of booking – the balance to be paid at least 4 weeks prior to the booked date. Payment is taken by BACS – details will be given in your confirmation email. We welcome trade accounts for tour operators, please contact us to discuss.


  • Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your booking more than 4 weeks prior to the booked date you will be entitled to a 50% refund of the total price. If you cancel 2-4 weeks prior you will be entitled to a 25% refund, no refund will be due for cancellations within 2 weeks of the booked date. If you wish to postpone/rearrange your booking we will endeavour to accommodate a change but will reserve the right to charge an administration fee if necessary.


  • Start times and location of experiences will be confirmed by email at least 2 weeks prior to booked date. Please note some alterations to the experience may be required in some situations (for example in adverse weather conditions).


  • Suitable waterproof clothing and sensible footwear will be required, otherwise we reserve the right to refuse to allow participation on health and safety grounds, plus the adverse impact on enjoyment for other participants. Details will be given at the time of booking.


  • In the exceptional circumstance that we are unable to deliver an experience we will offer a full refund of money paid to us but take no liability for any other expenses you have incurred.
