Coronavirus and Exmoor National Park
Why not get a group together and book a hike on Exmoor? There was never a better time to get out to explore with Wildaboutexmoor!
Living on Exmoor, we can tell you what is open, where is good to visit and where the loos are!
We have been given permission to walk in a group of 6 so long as we keep a 2 metre distance between households. We will therefore be starting our Guided Walks on Exmoor, Summer Programme, we are confident that we can do so safely and within current guidelines.
For obvious reasons, booking in advance is essential, and there will be a maximum of 5 guests until they are able to relax the rules further.
We will make sure that we finish in plenty of time for your journey home.
I am happy to provide our legendary homemade cakes and speciality picnics, but would appreciate your bringing your own drinks, to keep any risks to a manageable level. We could also organise a hike and a barbecue for your group of friends or family, we have a great new firepit and plenty of fresh produce from the garden and farm.
We will be running our group walks every Wednesday and Saturday, and bespoke walks for groups and families all the rest of the week, please see our events and guided walks section for ideas, and don’t forget to click as well as hover!…….there is plenty of information on Exmoor walking, wildlife safaris, foraging, churches etc to keep you busy…and it won’t be long before the nightjars return.
We offer half and full day walks, depending on how adventurous you are, so please, leave your cares behind and come and join us for a fabulous day out!
